Depiction: Upon gating in the player is set infront of an old mansion. There is fog everywhere causing an erre feeling among the field. If one should walk up to the mansion they would see a little girl standing by the door looking quite worried and a little sad.

Upon entering this field Razaphale looked around, those chimes that signalled his entrance rang out. His ears twitched and his tail swayed behind him. His spear was nowhere to be seen and he listened to the strange and creepy lullaby that played in the back ground of this place. Now as he walked up to the house that was in front of him he blinked. Staring at the girl. Should he just turn around and walk back out? Or should he stay and just talk to her?

He talked to her. Lightning? Eh probably a dumb quest, he'd take that on another time when he managed to put a party together and it wasn't just him on his own.

He'd learned that with most mmorpgs that if you took a quest on solo you were likely to fail and die. That wasn't productive at all.

So sitting on the steps leading up to the house his ears drooped down slightly and his tail went limp. He'd have to think. The BUSY icon was above his character's head at the moment he was writing down ways of getting and giving lightning to the girl in the house so that when the time came. He would be ready.

Two golden rings lowered down around her as the female-feline appeared at the entrance of the large house. Removing the Nomad hood from over her head, her ears twitched as she then flinched at the sound of booming thunder from above the old mansion. The girl opened her eyes, blinking as she held her hand close to her chest while using the other to enter the building. Though just as she was about to turn the knob, a small face caught her attention, causing her to scream as she jumped back, almost falling down the stairs.

Good grief!!

Causing a smiley face icon that held an annoyed expression, the cat girl looked at the being as she listened to her tale. Of course, it would be more so read than heard, considering that the real Katt23 was watching all this from behind a headset with a visor. Even so, it was almost like she was there. But then, maybe she was, she was actually now hearing a voice the more she thought about it. Of course, it was possible that she might have been thinking too much about it. Though this was the first time she had ever really played such an game.

Placing one paw under her chin as she let the other wrap around her chest, the feline furry frowned while she thought about what the ghost child seemed to be asking, blinking as she couldn't think of any possible way to give it lightning. Did she want some kind of spell? Maybe even a item? How did one actually carry lightning? Deciding to just pass up on the quest for the moment, the character continued to walk into the home, gasping as she looked around with an awed look on her face.

"Someone really had a lot of time on their hands.....Anyway..hmm?

Turning around as she noticed something before, Onyx looked towards the steps and saw a figure sitting there for a moment. It just seemed pretty weird and it was enough to cause her to go back out of the mansion and stand over their head. There was a clearly labeled"Busy", icon floating over his head, but that didn't stop the character from simply poking at him.

"Hellloooooooo?Ello...Ello!?"

The cat didn't seem to have anything else to do so she just decided to continue to poke him, smiling as she seemed to find herself enjoying it way more than she should. Onyx even began humming a tone with each poke against his upper shoulder.
"Hello hello its a new worlddddddddd.....hm hm hm hm hmhmhm hmmmm"

[Razaphale]

"Hellloooooooo?Ello...Ello!?" The words that seemed to flicker on the screen and he pulled his headset back down just to make sure that he wasn't being bugged. A sigh came from him he kept his 'BUSY' sign over his head as he finished writing stuff down. Maybe he could just... Hack the game and get in to it that way? >.> No, there weren't enough players for him to just go hacking CCCorp would trace him within hours. Damn it. He had proxied his I.P. though so that was a relief.

"You're poking me why exactly?" His head had snapped around as he spoke and a hand lifted whacking her hand away from his shoulder. Slowly his avatar got to it's feet and the 'BUSY' sign disappeared from above his head.

With his tail twitching from side to side behind him, his ears also twitched slightly and his eyes laid on the girl who was a few inches shorter than his character. Looking down at her he placed a single hand on his hip. The other hung limply at his side.

"So... Looks like I'm not the only one here. Name's Razaphale... Call me Razz... I'm guessing you have a name as well.... correct?" More words as he stood there tilting his head to one side as he eyed the avatar. Well considering how much flesh the girl was bearing he'd assume that she was probably a nerd in real life so became an attention whore on the game. That wasn't really for him to judge but then again he was a jerk and a badass personality wise in the game because people didn't know him.

"I was just writing down possible ways of doing the quest. One would be to cast lightning, the second would be to get a lightning sphere and give it to her, the third would be to get a player with a lightning wave symbol and make them talk to her. There are other ways of course but that would need a hacker to do it and I can't really help there." He lied, she didn't need to know that he was a hacker. Well not until he knew more about this girl here. Rolling his eyes at the background music and the rolling thunder in the background he sighed.

"They need to make this game more lifelike... Maybe then I'd actually be scared of places like this but it's just a game so if we die it doesn't matter, yeah there were lots of rumours about comas and players a while back but that's all they were... Rumours. Haven't heard of anything since." What was this girl's take on the subject? He had to find out and maybe just maybe she was a talkative one.

Blinking as she moved back somewhat, Onyx looked up towards the character when he began to show life. It appeared that he hadn't been that busy, but rather writing down ways to solve the quest. She planned to do the same, but writing down methods just seem rather dull, better to simply explore every idea as they came. But then, some people took these kind of problems pretty seriously. Maybe she would too at some point, if she managed to stay in the game long enough. The odds of that happening were high enough in fact.

"Sorry about that! Just kinda never saw a person just frozen like that before...Kinda a noob..Heh heh..."

Rubbing her hand through her short red hair, the furry grinned while looking him over for a few moments. It appeared that he was a furry like her, though his ears and tail were dark blue. Which was quite the opposite of her own, since she had picked the color orange as her fur color. He appeared young, but then you could never be sure how old people were when it came to the net. A 20 year old could be a 10 year old in disguise. Avatars hid so much, and revealed very little of the people behind them. Perhaps that is the point, since there would be no way that she'd ever talk to anyone or bug them the way she had in real life.

"Why not just wing it? It probably more fun than just analyzing ever single detail. Not to mention boring..."


Narrowing her eyes as she placed her hands behind her head, the feline allowed her tail to curl up towards the sky before letting it slide down to its former position of a limb dangle. It was strange how much you could do in this game, even to the point where she could control the very actions of every trait given to her. While she had yet to actually test her combat skills, Onyx seemed to be very flexible and pretty fast when need be. Yet that was the point, she was created to be more towards speed if anything else. The best fighter was the one that could move the fastest.

"But then again...Everyone plays their own way..."

Her gaze turned from Razz for a moment, before letting her eyes shoot towards him as she gave him a confident smirk. From there she extended her hand and began her introduction.

"Names Onyx!"


Though as she waited for him to accept her gesture, her smile of confidence quickly disappeared as she heard him speak about comas happening within players of the game a while back. This was enough to cause even Katt23 to look shudder from within her seat. She remembered hearing a little about such an event, but hadn't taken it seriously. After all, how could a game put you in a coma? Razz said it was a rumor, but most rumors held some truth...right?

Readjusting herself as she placed her arms across her chest, Onyx relaxed as she allowed her smirk to return. Though it wasn't as certain as it had been before. If anything, it seemed more forced. This topic had indeed caused her to think about the possibility, but then she pushed it aside. It wasn't as if they would allow such a world to exist if it was dangerous to the public. That was just silly, if not completely insane.

"Meh...I'd go with rumors. Just doesn't seem like something you'd just push to side and allow to continue. Especially if it involves the very people that buy your stuff...That would be kinda stupid.."

[Razaphale]

"Sorry about that! Just kinda never saw a person just frozen like that before...Kinda a noob..Heh heh..." Razaphale's avatar smiled, he even issued a small chuckle. A newbie huh? Well at his current level he was also a newbie. So that didn't matter much really.

"Well don't worry about it we're both newbies." He commented coolly, he didn't seem to care too much and he was fairly calm and relaxed.

"Why not just wing it? It probably more fun than just analyzing ever single detail. Not to mention boring..." A grin slid on to the cat's features, wing it? Why wing it when he could hack it and make it easy peasy? Then again where was the challenge if he did that?

"Eh I suppose..." He commented he didn't seem all that bothered by the idea of winging it. Then again he wouldn't.

"Names Onyx!" Her hand was outstretched now and he took it quickly shaking it before he let go and saw her avatar's facial expression change. Why did she look so distressed? It was just a rumour sheesh.

"Meh...I'd go with rumors. Just doesn't seem like something you'd just push to side and allow to continue. Especially if it involves the very people that buy your stuff...That would be kinda stupid.." He laughed, the pen and paper on his end fell to the bedroom floor with a loud thud that could be heard over the mic.

"Y'know? That's... That's exactly what I thought too!" The 'XD' Emoticon appeared above his head as he chuckled and finally calmed himself down. Well he'd laughed today at least.

"So... You know how to exchange member addresses? So that we can take that quest on? I mean I wouldn't mind going with a bigger group of people but if it's just me and you~<3 Then that's cool too." A wink as he smirked a little and the end of his tail curled around making a heart shaped symbol. His ears flicked feverishly above his head. Of course this was all just him teasing her. He meant nothing by it. He was just goofing around. Hopefully she'd see it the same way.

Three purple rings dropped two players into the field. Kagallie stretched and let both of their hands fall from the sky. With a giggle she turned on her heels and to face the player she had just very rudely stolen from the other field to bring here. "Here we are~! Welcome to the Haunted Mansion ~! " she said in a sing songy voice as she held her hand up to display the Mansion behind her. She gave a smile then kept talking hoping to distract him from the fact she just forced him form one field to another.

"It sounds like someone else is here, we should go visit them~!" she said loudly turning on her heels once again to head up to the Mansion, after a few steps she glanced over her shoulder "are you coming?" she asked with a warm smile her crimson eyes dancing.

[Lineaux]

Lineaux looked around awkwardly as all of a sudden they were dropped into a new field. The Beast Master stepped back from the mad little girl. "Are you some sort of hacker?" He asked, keeping his composure but just barely. Gating directly between fields was impossible without illegal modification of system data, something that Lineaux didn't not scorn but also did not believe in.

He shook his head. It was none of his business what she was or how she could do the things she could do. He would be careful with her from now on, however. Even if it were a moderator before, over-control of the system had already screwed him over too much. "Nevermind. Certainly, I'm coming." He replied, hastening to her side, but keeping close eye on her. The field was spooky, and the terrain gothic. The haunted mansion down the road was stoic and kind of creepy. Lineaux was slightly excited, but wouldn't let that on. "So this is the halloween quest, eh?"

[Gretelle]

【 GATE IN 】

News of a Halloween quest had spread quickly on the boards, and when she caught wind of it, Gretelle jumped at the chance to see it for herself. Halloween was one of her favorite holidays — not because of the scare factor (she really didn't like people scaring her), but because ever since she was young, she had loved the idea that she could become something else just by wearing a costume. It reminded her of the fairy tales that she adored, and of course, when she dressed up and went trick-or-treating, she always wanted to be a character from one of those books.

Now that she was older, she had become the one to pass out the treats rather than receive them, but she didn't mind. She had fond memories of Halloween, so she approached the mansion with excitement, though as she got closer, that began to fade into a feeling of uneasiness. The so-called haunted houses she had entered in real life had always been rather tacky, but this was on a different level. "Creepy...," she murmured to herself, bringing her arms closer to her chest for reassurance.

There were other players already here, from the looks of things, though that didn't surprise her. This quest was bound to be popular. What was slightly puzzling was that they seemed to be standing around. "Are you here for the quest?" she asked as she walked closer.

[Kagallie]

Kagallie blinked, it seemed one.. if not two of the players had frozen. She frowned slightly and turned to Gretelle.. This girl.. look familiar? Maybe? Kagallie couldn't be sure anymore..not with what happened to the world As she spoke Kagallie nodded happily~! "yep! we have to go find lightning!" she said with a happy giggle as she rocked back on her heels. "Any idea where to go? or should we just start field hopping until we find it?" she asked tilting her head as she scanned all the players in the field, even the ones that seemed afk or laggy. She wasn't sure which.

[Razaphale]

He sighed as he stood there waiting for a reply. It had been ages. The girl must've been afk so he just popped a card that was shaped like a cat head in her character's cleavage. After this he folded his arms and took a step back from her. He'd just sent her his member address so if she accepted then she'd be added to his. Simple. Now since it seemed others were arriving he groaned. Too many people in this one field and he'd come here by accident.

Damn his luck.

Grumbling as he walked past the other players he headed to the gate that was in the field. May as well use it because he didn't want anyone to find out he was a hacker just yet. That would be bad for him in the long run. Using the gate he gated out and then? Logged out too.

[Gretelle]

As Gretelle approached the other players, she realized she recognized one of them. "Kagallie!" she exclaimed with a smile, happy to see a friend. "Hello! Ah... lightning? I suppose it could be in a field." She thought about this for a moment. If they found lightning, how would they get it back here? Maybe the game would take care of it. Still, she didn't want to go through all of the fields; that would take a long time. If they could narrow it down, things would go faster. "Maybe we should look for a field that has lightning or thunder as its element?"

It seemed so strange. For a moment it appeared as if her system had started to glitch on her, causing her vision to be blurred and her avatar to be unable to move. Though upon actually regaining her vision, Onyx saw that Razz was gone. Frowning for a moment, she then looked down towards her cleavage and gasped as she saw a card placed in between her breast. Despite being disturbed by the intrusion of personal space, the furry shrugged as she simply pulled the card out and looked it over with a smirk.

"Weird...weird guy....hmm?"

It appeared that there were a lot more people now, which was little strange in considering how vacant it was only moments before. Blinking as she just watched, the feline character wasn't sure what to do as she didn't know whether to approach or simply leave them alone?

[Lineaux]

[sorry I've been a bit inactive. midterms at art school are crazy. ]
Lineaux thought that this quest sounded familiar. finding Lightning. He couldn't quite place it though. He'd participated in a lot of quests. Lineaux was about to reply to Kagallie's question as another character approached, seeming to know Kagallie. "Perhaps there is a clue to the exact field somewhere in this area? Some investigation wouldn't be a bad idea." Lineaux suggested, folding his arms behind his back, awaiting an answer.

[Kagallie]

Kagallie's face lit up when the girl responded knowing her. "Gretelle!" she said clinging to the player "I was so scared it was dark and lonely and scary'" Kaga's face = ;~;.

She sniffled a little then nuzzled Gretelle softly " Well.." she started only to notice the other PC unfreeze "Hiii~!" she said with a giggle "Wont you join us? we're going to find lighting." she said with a giggle now thining "well.. even if we found the lighting we'd need something to carry it in yes? So whats the opposite of lightning?" she paused and shifted her weight to her heels. "I don't know. but maybe if we can find a box? I'm sure the root town's have boxes. Or maybe since it's an event the damage of the lightning fields is removed so you can catch it? " she was gussing at this point.
