Thinking... thinking... IDEA!
Adept Rogue
Intro For the longest time, Adept Rogues were considered the only class to be able to "master" multiple classes, and were scorned because of their unorthodox ways. Even Card Trixters ridicule them, stating that the Card Trixters are more proficient due to the fact that they can summon all weapons. Nevertheless, the Adept Rogue can't be ignored. The Adept Rogue is a master in whatever they learn, learning quickly, and never forgetting.
Game Rule Information
PICKING CLASSES The Adept Rogue holds Four "points" when picking classes. The Card Trixters abhor the Adept Rogue, and has forbidden their methods from being taught. They do a good job; you can't pick Card Trixters.
-Blademaster: 1 -EdgePunisher: 1 -TwinBlade: 1 -LongArm: 2 -HeavyAxe: 2 -WaveMaster: 3 -MacabreDancer: 3 -Illusionist: 3 -Thaumatergist: 3 -Ranger: 3 -Grenadier: 3 -Card Trixter: N/A
Basic Attack The Adept Rogue uses whatever weapons they pick for class, and can switch between them anytime in battle.
Statistics The Adept Rogue is more prepared to tackle multiple class weapons, and has the option to choose stats. The Adept Rogue must be SLIGHTLY ABOVE AVERAGE for TWO stats, but must be SLIGHTLY BELOW AVERAGE for TWO stats. This leaves one stat at average.
HP and SP growth The Adept Rogue is extremely versatile, allowing it CHOOSE its HP/SP growths. The total growth must equal to 26 EG: +13/13; +10/16
Skills The Adept Rogue starts the game at level 1 with a Cycle Capacity(CC) of 2, and gains one additional CC at the 2nd, 4th, 7th, and 9th level.
Adept Rogues start out with the first Level Skills exclusive to the classes they picked, and gain more from there.
Skills become available to an Adept rogue one level later than they would to the individual classes they chose.
Command Haste
The Adept Rogue wouldn't have survived if they didn't have something extraordinary. The Adept Rogue can push their Command Cycle to the absolute limit, allowing them to use TWO CONSECUTIVE SKILLS in ONE POST. But such overdrive has a cost, and they will be unable to use any skills for the next three turns.

FIRST, you're points are low. The Adept rogue was set up to only be able to have one long range class because more than that is over-powering.
SECOND, it's got to be out of 4 points, or having 4 classes becomes a possibility.
I also don't think Illusionist, Granadier, or Thaumatergist should be available to multi-classers. -Blademaster: 1 -Heavy Blade: 1 -TwinBlade: 1 -LongArm: 2 -HeavyAxe: 2 -WaveMaster: 3 -MacabreDancer: 3 -Illusionist: 3 -Thaumatergist: 3 -Ranger: 3 -Grenadier: 3
THIRD, and most important, because of the way the skill system works (not gained by class, but available by character level, There needs to be a way to slow down their growth. Depending on the classes they choose, at level two they could be able to do everything in the second level array. This would need to be added under skills:
Skills become available to an Adept rogue one level later than they would to the individual classes they chose.
If you don't understand these things, I can further explain them.

Forgot about the magic classes being considered long range... >.< SECOND, it's got to be out of 4 points, or having 4 classes becomes a possibility. That's what I was going for, and then realized why it couldn't be while I was out doing something. DO'H! Completely passed over my head. I edited in everything you said.
