Call for Monsters

As you might have seen, I'm working on the layout for the Beastiary. However, I can't find good images of most of the monsters from G.U. I'll be adding some using images from DnD's monster Manual as well, but if anyone wants to make monsters for me, it would be greatly appreciated! Below I'll post the form that I'm using. If you're interested in making monsters for the Beastiary, please PM me the form with the name of your monster (s) in the title. Of course there's no limit to the monsters you can include, even quest monsters. So get those creative juices flowing! All credit will go where it belongs, so don't worry about that

The way I've decided to do it is that GMs or questers can decide the level of the monster (above base level) and there's a formula for HP/SP growth Per Level.
