Instead of having one be a sub-board, or having 2 boards for both, have both take residence into one board. How to differentiate will be simple: start the thread title with either an "[H]" for Help, or "" for Suggestion.
For example on thread title: "Leveling?!"
Turns into: "[H] Leveling?!"
Example #2: "Leveling Ideas"
Turns Into: " Leveling Ideas"

And that is better how?
How in order to get help on how to goto the restroom I have to title the thread.
[H]I CAN'T PEE!!
Which is much harder then going into the sub-board for the Help section and typing in " I can't pee "

Now neither ideas are a good idea both risk topics getting missed during high traffic times. However, if you would like to actually take time to explain your side of your view I will concider it. Saying typing three extra letters is 'harder' is not a good enough argument.

I think I'll concede. My reason was that it would save room, but you're right. During high traffic times, topics might get missed and new people may not even use the abbreviated letter in the thread title. Can we have a Help & Suggestions board on the main page?

What could be done is see if a proboards script can be done that any help topics will be forwarded to a random moderator. That way it will be sure to be seen by a staff member.
Problem with that though is the staff member's pm box getting filled up with help related topics.

I mean, either way you look at it. You risk missing topics.
The best we can do is assign someone(s) to constantly look at the thread(s) to check for new ones.
Now this is something I will consistently do to the best of my ability. In the end it doesn't really matter to me. Just decided what you think will look best.
