Since we are doing the quest leveling here is what I plan to do to keep the site looking clean.
I am thinking about making a board and hiding it from non staff. In there all the quests will be posted, then in each field/root town there will be a link for the quest which will link them to the hidden topic which will explain what to do for the text.
Doing it this way will semi-force people to have to explore more fields then just the root towns. Not to mention I think this will look more organized then any other way.
Opinions?

I don't really understand what you're saying. @,@
Are you saying that quests will take place in an invisible board?

No, just the information will be hosted there, for people to link to to read up on them.

Er, okay, but what type of information?
Like, does this mean that the quests will be the same for every Field now, or what? Not quite getting it.

Basically think of it like this
The server will have a giant book of quests.
Sarah will want to quest in Hidden forbbiden holly ground. To do that she will have to go to that field link, and find in the first post, any information about quests. THen click that link, and the server will take her to a page aobut that quest.
each field will hvae different quests (though agendas might be the same)

Umm... Game masters can run quests like they were in the past, but I don't want utterly long quests that take months and months to finish. Also, your welcome to make quests for your server that require gm's that might give more then one level or an item if you wish :3

I don't see why they would need to be. They can always send the link of the completed quest to the server mod and if they did it then they are good and if not they can be asked to do it again.
What I really need right now is a way to /show/ their level in the mini profile.

-catches three babies- I hereby name you "I Like This Idea", "This Is A Great Idea", and "Wow This Idea Is Great". I am wonderful at naming babies.

We could always require that they include it along with their class and HP/SP in their signature.

When someone is done with a quest, write it in their player notes. "Level 2". Allow moderators the ability to modify people's notes. Perhaps on the official quest page, add the player's name that accomplished the quest. Just for notoriety.
Would people be allowed to GM themselves and ultimately the decision relies on a server mod looking over it? The disadvantage of that being they might be asked to retry. If a person goes questing with a GM and gets it done, they will be rewarded 100% of the time.
