Depiction: The starting area for all new players entering The World. Mac Anu is a bustling root town located on the Delta Server, hosting the lowest leveled dungeons and fields in the game. The layout consists of numerous canals running throughout the area. Gondolas, boats, offer access through the many waterways that intersect the buildings. Many shops are built within the dwellings, offering common wares and save points.

A grand stairway leads from the chaos gate towards the infamous bridge of Mac Anu. On the other side lies the city's clocktower, built within a large plaza. Large events sponsored by CC Corp are regularly scheduled here. [/blockquote]

Munak smiled as she walked through the town, and then remembered why she picked her class. She pulled out her whip, and spun it around. "My ally, my friend. Come to this world; Give me your hand! Summon!"

A rune emerged in front of her, and she placed herself at the edge of it. As she concentrated, a hand emerged from the floor. Gasping in shock, she quickly grabbed it and pulled up the body. As the summon came up, the rune faded, but Munak wasn't focused on the rune, she was overjoyed at the success of the summon, and the person in front of her.

"Bongun! It worked!" Munak embraced her twin summon, and continued down a bridge, Bongun behind her. It worked! Now we can be the twin fighters in this game, as well! Fight! That's it! Munak ran forwards to a man that caught her eye. His armor shiny, but scarred; cold as the look he gave her.

"What do you want kid? Oh, your one of those newbies aren't you? Heh, Your out of your league kid, Theres no way you'l make it out here, But if you want to prove me wrong you can seek out some hidden tunnel the council of Mac Anu keeps telling me exists"


B-b-buta... what?! Newbie? Well, sure... Munak had just recently joined... and the quest and all... but... Wait, this is just an NPC. There's no use getting stiff over a repeated quote. Now, to find those tunnels...

"Come along, Bongun. There are tunnels we must find, search, and clear." The Red Lady walked away from the captain, and walked down what seems to be the Alchemy District, although she doesn't know that.

Bongun stayed close to his summoner as the two walked down the Alchemy district. Munak pulled out her whip, keeping an open eye out for any enemies, or anything looking suspicious. She noticed Bongun's tension. He was more worried than her... he had a reason to be.

"Nothing will happen... be my guardian, Bongun. I will not live without you..." Munak whispered to Bongun, and he stood up a little taller... did he understand?

You peruse the Alchemy district for a few moments and find that there is no secret passageway, but there is a suspicious person standing near the bridge cloaked in black.

Munak walked along the bridge, and found a man, cloaked in black. Odd, a person in black when it's actually a bit warm out here... Is this a Quest NPC? The Thaumatergist walked to the edge, and leaned against the side, next to the cloaked man. Bongun, stood between her and the cloaked man. Mysterious or not, Bongun wasn't taking any chances.

"So... Gondola Ride. Seems fun, doesn't it? You think I should go?"

The man cloaked in black rocks back and forth against the bridge's railing. "His majesty is coming...we must...make the way clear..." The voice was high pitched and nasally. Upon further inspection, you would realize that under the cloak hides the face of a Goblin.

High pitched nasal voice? Sounds like... either some weirdo or a goblin. Look a little in, and.. yup. Goblin. Monster killing time. Munak turned to her summon, and pulled out the whip from within her sleeve.

"Go get 'em, my dear! Ap Orv!"

Bongun ran forwards as a red aura surrounded him, and pulled out twin blades from his sleeves. By the time he reached the enemy, Bongun was already slashing several times. After five slashes, he jumped back, keeping in front of Munak to protect her.

"Alright, Goblin. Is your "way" for "His Majesty" a series of tunnels?... Eh, why ask? I'm going to beat you to a pulp anyhow! Let's go, Bongun~ We'll finish this one quickly."

<Quest Found: Welcome to [The World]>

Excella felt herself form and then suddenly touch ground. A little unstable with the movement and almost realistic feel of the game, she took a few unsteady steps. Taking a breath, she looked up at the world around her, or rather, the building around her. This was...Mac Anu, that is if she remembered the manuel correctly. She looked around once more, blinking upon seeing something small standing not too far from her. "What the-?" she muttered in puzzlement as she slowly, yet unsteadingly, walked towards the small creature.

Upon approching it, the pig like creature with a metal plate upon it's chest and sword, turned it's attention to her. With a happy smile, the creature spoke, "Come forth adventuerer, I welcome thee to [The World] a vast and wonderous land for thee to explore into. I hath been tasked with helping thee to learn the controls of [The World] so that ye may venture forth into this wondrous realm. Once you prove to me thine intuition and skill I shall award thee with a level up. If you have any questions adventuerer all you need do is ask me."

Excella blinked once more at the creature, confused as to how she should reply.
