A steam factory built into the cliffface over a wide mountain river. The river flow offers an extra power source to the fully-autonomous Steam Factory. This structure, once guarded heavily from the monsters living in the forest surrounding it, now is abandoned and left to the monsters that have overrun it.
It is littered with the remains of those souls who didn't make it out alive when the monsters railed against the establishment. They lay as an unmistakable omen of threats to come.
